Policy

Thank you so much for coming to Addictive Beauty, We are grateful for our customers continued support over the years. We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. We want to offer all our client reliable and consistent services, please be aware of the following appointment aftercare and Lash application policies.

Eye Lash Extension Aftercare

DO NOT GET LASHES WET 48 Hours after application. Avoid the following Steam rooms, Extensive Sweating or Hot Yoga. Don’t let moisture or Oil based product Shampoos, Conditioner, creams, moisturisers, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow and strip lash glue near lashes. Pulling and rubbing your eyes will obviously effect the application. Lashes extensions last between 4-6 weeks depends on natural growth and aftercare. Recommended time to refill your lashes is 2-4 weeks.

Makeup Removal Charge

Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.  Avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara, eyeliner or strip lashes on, make sure to remove before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. There is a €10 fee if our technician has to remove eye makeup, and it may cut into your session time.

Lash Application

We cannot guarantee lashes will last if strip lash glue remains/ mascara / liner. If your eye lashes were tinted within 48 hours of application and any oil based product were applied on your eye lashes. We offer a 3 Day Grace Period, so if there is anything wrong with your lashes please call the salon and we will try and rebook another appointment to investigate and solve this issue. Anything past 3 days WE DO NOT take any responsibility for your lash lasting application as there is so many elements which effect a correct application.

24 HOUR POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest and notify our technicians of their new schedule so that they can plan their day accordingly. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged will be charged 50% of the service. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will count as a late cancellation and you will be charged accordingly

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee, per our late cancellation policy (see below). Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.
